This ultrasonic cleaning system is specially designed for simple robot loading and unloading of dirty parts. Workpieces are automatically moved into the pool after loading and there by a lifting device in the Z axis during cleaningemotional. The components are then lifted out of the pool, dried with an air knife and can then be removed by the robot.
As standard, the cleaning system has an automatically closing loading door, circulation and emptying pump, and an oil separator. The pool is made of 3mm thick stainless steel and is insulated. An optional automatic water metering, steam vapor extraction and a floor pan can be integrated.
