Leak test

Whether valves, turbochargers or entire engine blocks, many industrially manufactured parts must be leak-proof to fulfill their function. Therefore, the leak-tightness is tested to detect faulty components at an early stage.

We use the pressure-differential or the over/under pressure measurement to test this. This way, no faulty components are installed, and damage during use is avoided.

Chaining

Seamless integration of our equipment into the product line is critical to its productivity. A seamless process and increased production can be achieved by linking several systems. To achieve this, the interfaces to the upstream and downstream processes must be clearly defined at an early stage. The component and data transfers are a potential source of errors, which we circumvent through simulation!
