Pass-through cleaning system with conveyor belt DLR

DLR systems can be designed according to customer requirements. Modular pre-cleaning, deep cleaning, rinsing and drying stations can be used. The components are transported by a conveyor belt system, a roller conveyor or a lifting device. The conveyor speed is adjustable.

Pre-cleaning
First, the coarse dirt is sprayed off through water through nozzles.

Deep cleaning
The remaining dirt is cleaned with a special cleaner through high-pressure nozzles.

Flushing Rinse
off the rest of the cleaner.

Drying
Residue-free drying of the previously cleaned components.
